Under the theme of "Recovering a forgotten elegance," I strive to convey a sense of the fading authentic daily life of Japan through the tea ceremony and kimono.


Background

 

Born June 6, 1980, in Gifu Prefecture; raised in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture

 

1999: Obtained qualifications as a nursery school teacher and kindergarten teacher

 

2000: Began studying Omotesenke tea ceremony and Ishida-ryu flower arrangement

 

2005: Began attending kimono dressing classes

 

2010: Obtained qualifications as an Omotesenke instructor

 

2022: Opened "Kojitsuan"

 

2024: Opened "Iwaiya Kojitsuan"

 

2025: Obtained first-class kimono dressing certification
